Issues and Initiatives
Public Safety – residents and citizens should expect to be safe in their schools, churches, homes, communities and roadways.
Natural Resources – Our natural resources, to include surface and ground water, beaches, waterways, and farmland must be protected to preserve our way of life.
Education – every student, regardless of individual circumstances, deserves the opportunity to a blue ribbon education that prepares the student for higher education and a career.
Transportation – residents and visitors should be afforded safe roadways and waterways that permit travelers to easily traverse the state whether en route to school, work, or vacation.
Planned Growth – In conjunction with all stakeholders, growth in Delaware and the 20th RD must be approached in a planned, systematic way that prevents sprawl and protects our natural resources, yet affords current and future residents, and business owners from considering Delaware as a place to reside, or start or grow a business.
